  13.                            INTRODUCTION
  14.                            ============

  16. BANK-PLAN (r3.3) is a "shareware" program. IT IS NOT "freeware", 
  17. public domain software etc. After a free initial 30-day trial 
  18. period, every user who wishes to continue using BANK-PLAN must 
  19. register with the author, Invest-Tech. 
  20.  
  21. In return for registering, a user receives the latest fully-
  22. operational version of BANK-PLAN with its 100-page spiral-bound 
  23. printed manual (incorporating tutorial exercises etc.) and gains 
  24. access to full support etc. 
  25.  
  26. For details of the User Licence Agreement for BANK-PLAN, refer to
  27. the accompanying README.TXT file.
  28.  
  29. The Registration Fee is 50 pounds (sterling or Irish) plus
  30. VAT (at 21%), or US$70. 
  31.  
  32.   DO NOT ADD VAT if:
  33.  
  34.   Your business is located in an EU State other than Ireland
  35.   and you quote its VAT number when registering.
  36.   *or*
  37.   You are located outside the European Union.
  38.  
  39.   ADD THE VAT (10.50 pounds) if you are located (a) in Ireland
  40.   or (b) in another EU State and are not registered for VAT.

  42.      [If you wish to secure a copy of CASH-PLAN, the more 
  43.      powerful version of BANK-PLAN, substitute 95 pounds for 
  44.      50 pounds (US$150 for US$70). The corresponding VAT amount 
  45.      is 20 pounds.]

  47. If located outside the UK or Ireland, add 10% for shipping etc. 
  48.  
  49. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Access, MasterCard or 
  50. Eurocard). This is the preferred method.

  52. You can also register via PsL and CompuServe. Bank drafts/checks, 
  53. postal money orders and Eurocheques are acceptable provided that 
  54. they are denominated in pounds sterling, US$ or Irish pounds.

  57.                        HOW TO REGISTER
  58.                        ===============

  60. To register by mail directly with Invest-Tech, use the
  61. Registration Form below.

  63. To register by phone or fax with Invest-Tech, use the numbers listed 
  64. at the end of this document. 
  65.  
  66. You can register via the CompuServe Shareware Registration 
  67. Service (GO SWREG). BANK-PLAN's Registration ID is 8016. If you wish
  68. to remotely upgrade your existing copy of BANK-PLAN, you should register
  69. via SWREG and immediately send us a separate CIS message quoting your 
  70. copy's unique 12-digit code number and advising of registration through 
  71. SWREG. Once notified by SWREG of your registration, we will send you the 
  72. corresponding Upgrade Code Number in a CIS mail message and post the 
  73. manual by 1st Air Mail.

  75. You can also upgrade and register directly with Invest-Tech via 
  76. our World Wide Web (WWW) site on the Internet using a credit 
  77. card and its special built-in forms. See bottom of file for 
  78. details of its location.  Our Web site, called PlanWare, 
  79. contains downloadable versions of *ALL* our financial planners 
  80. for businesses and the home. It also offers useful advice in 
  81. the form of text files on such topics as business planning, 
  82. cashflow forecasting etc. as well as lots of other interesting 
  83. stuff.

  85. If you wish to remotely upgrade your existing copy of BANK-PLAN 
  86. to the fully-operational version, be sure to quote the unique 
  87. 12-digit number shown on its Upgrade screen (press U for Upgrade 
  88. from the Main Menu).

  90. If you are using a credit card, you can also register with a MC, Visa, 
  91. Amex, or Discover card from Public (software) Library (PsL) in the USA 
  92. by calling 800-2424-PsL or 713-524-6394 or by FAX to 713-524-6398 or 
  93. by CIS Email to 71355,470. You can also mail credit card orders to 
  94. PsL at P.O.Box 35705, Houston, TX 77235-5705. PsL's product 
  95. reference number is 11082.
